This desk with the exception of the legs is made of wood salvaged from pallets. Pallets usually don’t offer wood that is thick enough to fashion panels with. This problem was easily overcome by laminating thin strips of pallet wood together 1.5 inches wide to yield the desk top. The combination of the different types of would and the natural patina attributed to weathering outside yielded a very unique piece of furniture which is sure to be a conversation piece for years to come. the desk top measures 55 x 20 inches and stands 30 inches high.
